Track my order

You can track the progress of your Hidaya Moda order at any time using the information provided after your purchase.

How can I track my order?

1️⃣ Order Confirmation

After your payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

2️⃣ Order Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
When the carrier allows it, this email contains a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.

3️⃣ Package tracking

By clicking on the tracking link, you will be able to view the following in real time:

  • the status of your delivery

  • the different stages of delivery

  • the estimated delivery date (indicative)

I did not receive my tracking link.

If you have not received your tracking link:

  • Check your inbox and spam folder

  • Make sure that the email address provided when placing your order is correct.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 working days , excluding exceptional periods.

Tracking becomes available after the order has been shipped .

Delivery delay

Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier.

In case of delay:

  • We invite you to consult the tracking link.

  • then contact the carrier if necessary

If the situation does not improve, you can contact our customer service.

Incorrect address or undelivered package

If the address provided when ordering is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or impossible.

Hidaya Moda cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer.
Return shipping fees may apply.

Package marked as delivered but not received

If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • check with your family or your caretaker

  • contact the carrier in question
