Returns & Exchanges

This page explains the return and exchange terms applicable to orders placed on the Hidaya Moda website.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return requests must be made by email to the following address:

Return Conditions

To be accepted, all returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be new, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be returned in its original condition

  • Tags must be intact and attached

  • No signs of wear, stains, or odors

  • Return made within the legal timeframe

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer service by email at hidayamoda@hotmail.com

  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return

  3. Wait for validation and return instructions

  4. Return the product within the indicated timeframe

No return will be accepted without prior approval.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is attributable to Hidaya Moda (defective or non-conforming item).


Return Address

The return address will be communicated to the customer after the return request has been approved by customer service.


Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.


Exchanges

Hidaya Moda does not offer direct exchanges.

If the customer wishes to receive another item, size, or color, they must:

  • Return the item according to the return procedure

  • Place a new order on the website


Defective Items or Order Errors

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos.

An appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).

Governing Law

This Returns & Exchanges policy is governed by French law.
