Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are shown before payment confirmation.
As the pieces are often unique or in small quantities, orders are generally shipped quickly.

Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?

Hidaya Moda delivers in France and internationally.
Any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

How do I change my delivery address?

If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly.
Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

How many delivery attempts will be made?

It depends on the carrier. Generally, an attempt is made, then the package may be dropped off at a collection point or post office.
Details are provided in the tracking.

Returns and exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

Before returning any item, please contact us by email, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.

How long do I have to return my item?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Are returns free and refunds processed quickly?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.
The refund is issued after receipt and verification of the returned item.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are possible depending on availability.
As many items are offered in very limited quantities or as unique pieces, an exchange is not always guaranteed.
If that's not possible, a credit note may be offered.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card payments are accepted, as well as other methods offered via Shopify depending on your country.

Is my card being debited securely?

Yes. All payments are fully secured through certified platforms.
Hidaya Moda never has access to your bank details.

What to do if payment fails?

Check your information, try another payment method or contact your bank if necessary.

Can I use discount coupons or gift cards?

Yes, when they are active.
The codes must be entered before payment confirmation.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Otherwise, the return conditions apply.

Products, sizes and care

How to choose the right size or measure your abaya/dress?

Hidaya Moda does not always have a standard size guide.
The product descriptions specify the cut and finish.
If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering.

Why does the color or texture vary?

Differences may appear depending on the light, the screen used, or the fabric material.
Each piece has a unique appearance.

How do I care for my clothes (washing, storage)?

Cold wash or delicate cycle recommended.
Avoid using the tumble dryer.
Iron gently inside out and store carefully to preserve quality.

Products unavailable / damaged items

What if the desired product is out of stock?

Most models are offered in very limited quantities or as unique pieces.
Once exhausted, they are generally not renewed.

I received an incorrect or defective product: what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
A suitable solution will be offered to you quickly.

Loyalty programs and rewards

What is the points program? How do I use my points?

Each order allows you to accumulate loyalty points that can be used on future purchases.

The points can be used directly at the time of payment when you are logged into your customer account.

What happens to my points if I return the item?

The points associated with the returned order are automatically cancelled.

Do the points expire?

Yes, the points have a limited validity period, indicated in your customer area.
