Return and refund policy
This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed on the Hidaya Moda website.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reason or pay any penalty.

Conditions for accepting returns
To be accepted, the return must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be new, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

The labels must be intact and attached.

The product must show no signs of wear, stains or odor.

The return must be made within the legal period of 14 days.
Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Items not eligible for return
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been worn or tried on improperly, including:

Items damaged upon receipt

Incomplete or damaged items by the customer
Return procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must contact customer service by email at the following address:

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error attributable to Hidaya Moda (defective or non-compliant product).
Return address
The return address will be provided to the customer after the return request has been validated by customer service.
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable , except in the case of an error attributable to Hidaya Moda.
Exchanges
Hidaya Moda does not offer direct exchanges.
The customer is asked to return the item in question for a refund, and then place a new order.
Defective products or order error
In the event of a defective product or a product not conforming to the order, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, attaching supporting photos.
After verification, Hidaya Moda will offer either:

a product replacement (if available)

either a full refund, including return shipping costs
Package delays or loss
Hidaya Moda cannot be held responsible for delays or losses of packages attributable to the carrier.
Any claim must be made directly to the carrier concerned.

Applicable law
This return and refund policy is subject to French law .
