Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the Hidaya Moda website.


Delivery zones

Hidaya Moda currently ships its orders to:

  • Metropolitan France

Any order placed outside this area may be cancelled.


Order processing times

Orders are processed after payment confirmation .

Order preparation time is generally 1 to 3 working days , excluding exceptional periods (high demand, special operations, public holidays).


Delivery times

Once the order has been shipped, delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on the carrier.

Hidaya Moda cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, periods of high activity, etc.).


Delivery costs

The delivery charges are as follows:

  • €7.90 for any order

  • Free delivery on orders over €100

Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.


Carriers

Hidaya Moda uses third-party carriers for the delivery of parcels.
Hidaya Moda chooses the carrier based on the destination and logistical constraints.


Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information can be sent to the customer when the carrier allows it.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the delivery of their package via the link provided.


Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
In case of error or incomplete address, Hidaya Moda cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

The costs associated with any potential reshipment may be borne by the customer.


Packages not received or delayed

In case of delayed delivery or non-receipt of the package, the customer is advised to contact the carrier first.

Damaged package

If the package is delivered damaged, the customer must:

  • if possible

  • Contact Hidaya Moda within 48 hours of receipt

  • provide photos of the package and the product in question

After analysis, an appropriate solution will be proposed (replacement or refund).


Force majeure

Hidaya Moda cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French law.
